If you do not wish to order directly online, or if you would like to pay by check or money order, you may order by mail. Just fill out this form and press the Submit button. You will receive a completed order form that you may mail back to us. We do not process your order until we receive a copy via mail, so you can always come back and make changes before sending it to us.

*Delivery Method - If you wish to receive the software on CD-ROM, select "CD-ROM" in the drop-down box. You will receive a CD for each quantity, along with the printed license number. Each CD is $3 plus shipping and handling. If you do not wish to purchase CDs, select "Download" in the drop-down box. You will receive the license number via e-mail and may download the software at any time.

^Shipping Method - If you live inside the continental United States and order CD-ROMs, you may select between:

• USPS Ground (usually 4 to 5 days): $3 for the first 5 CDs + $.25 for each additional CD ($10 max).
• US Priority Mail (2 to 3 days): $5 for the first 5 CDs + $.50 for each additional CD ($15 max).

If you live outside the continental United States, CD-ROMs will be shipped via USPS or Federal Express at a rate of $15 for the first 5 CDs + $1 for each additional CD ($50 max). If you download the software rather than purchasing CD-ROMs, there is no shipping charge.
